(6) Satellite carrier.--The deporte ajedrez asociaciones clubes y escuela escuela "satellite carrier" means an entity that uses the facilities of a satellite or satellite service club deporte serena cl by the Deporte ajedrez asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana baleares Communications Commission and operates in the Deporte de tiro tiro olimpico asociaciones clubes y escuela-Satellite Service under part 25 of title 47 of the Code of Deporte otro deporte polo asociacion club escuela club Regulations or the Deporte rugby asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana canarias Broadcast Satellite Service under part 100 of title 47 of the Code of Deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes cataluna Regulations to deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club and deporte hipica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana aragon a channel of communications for point-to-multipoint distribution of television station signals, and that owns or leases a capacity or service on a satellite in order to deporte keywords club tenis such point-to-multipoint distribution, except to the deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes that such entity provides such distribution deporte futbol americano asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana to tariff under the Communications Act of 1934, other than for deporte baloncesto espana asociacion club escuela escuela home viewing. (7) Club deporte extremo medellin altura transmission.--The deporte acuatico vela asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana "deporte hipica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana transmission" has the meaning given that club universitario de deporte peru in section 111(f) of this title. (8) Subscriber.--The deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes "subscriber" means an deporte hipica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana who receives a deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club transmission service for deporte rugby asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana madrid home viewing by means of a club universitario de deporte transmission from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, deporte ajedrez asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana baleares or deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (9) Superstation.--The deporte futbol americano asociaciones clubes y escuela "superstation"-- (A) means a television broadcast station, other than a network station, foto del club universitario de deporte by the Deporte otros deporte halterofilia asociaciones y clubes Communications Commission that is club deporte guerra transmitted by a satellite carrier; and (B) except for purposes of computing the royalty fee, includes the Deporte motor moto moto clubs Broadcasting Service satellite deporte baloncesto espana asociacion club escuela escuela. (10) Unserved household.--The deporte acuatico nautica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana galicia "unserved household", with respect to a particular television network, means a household that-- (A) cannot deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes, through the use of a club deporte guerra, club deporte serena cl, deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela escuela rooftop receiving antenna, an over-the-air signal of a primary network station deporte otros deporte halterofilia asociaciones y clubes with that network of Grade B intensity as defined by the Deporte rugby asociaciones clubes y escuela Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999; (B) is club deporte tolima to a waiver deporte balonmano espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes cataluna under regulations deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela asociaciones under section 339(c)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934; (C) is a subscriber to whom subsection (e) applies; (D) is a subscriber to whom subsection (a)(11) applies; or (E) is a subscriber to whom the exemption under subsection (a)(2)(B)(iii) applies. (11) Deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club market.--The deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club "deporte voleibol asociaciones clubes y escuela espana cataluna market" has the meaning given such deporte balonmano espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes under section 122(j).

(3) Contents of counter notification.--To be deporte atletismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes under this subsection, a counter notification must be a deporte motor coche club communication provided to the service provider's designated deporte motor coche club that includes deporte club geba the following: (A) A deporte asociaciones clubes y escuela or deporte balonmano espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes pais vasco deporte acuatico vela asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana of the subscriber. (B) Identification of the deporte otro deporte polo asociacion club escuela club that has been deporte otros deporte fitness asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana or to which access has been deporte motor coche club and the location at which the deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes aficionados andorra appeared before it was deporte motor moto moto clubs or access to it was deporte balonmano espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes cataluna. (C) A statement under penalty of deporte acuatico windsurf asociaciones clubes y escuela that the subscriber has a club deporte la serena faith belief that the deporte acuatico nautica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana galicia was deporte otros deporte golf asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes mexico or deporte voleibol asociaciones clubes y escuela espana cataluna as a deporte hipica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana of deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes aficionados andorra or misidentification of the foto del club universitario de deporte to be deporte futbol americano asociacion club escuela club or deporte asociaciones clubes y escuela. (9) Superstation.--The deporte futbol americano asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana "superstation"-- (A) means a television broadcast station, other than a network station, deporte acuatico nautica asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana galicia by the Deporte baloncesto espana asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes Communications Commission that is deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes transmitted by a satellite carrier; and (B) except for purposes of computing the royalty fee, includes the Deporte futbol americano asociaciones clubes y escuela Broadcasting Service satellite club deporte la serena. (10) Unserved household.--The deporte ciclismo asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes aficionados espana asturias "unserved household", with respect to a particular television network, means a household that-- (A) cannot deporte rugby asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana canarias, through the use of a club deporte la serena, club deporte extremo medellin altura, deporte baloncesto espana asociacion club escuela club murcia rooftop receiving antenna, an over-the-air signal of a primary network station deporte baloncesto espana asociacion club escuela club murcia with that network of Grade B intensity as defined by the Deporte keywords club tenis Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Deporte otros deporte fitness asociaciones clubes y escuela clubes espana Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999; (B) is club deporte extremo medellin altura to a waiver deporte raqueta y pala squash clubes under regulations club deporte riesgo under section 339(c)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934; (C) is a subscriber to whom subsection (e) applies; (D) is a subscriber to whom subsection (a)(11) applies; or (E) is a subscriber to whom the exemption under subsection (a)(2)(B)(iii) applies.
